  I would of put a 5 STAR BUT I do feel customer service could of been better when I came in with my daughter she had gotten out of school early due to testing....we went right up to counter ,lady approached us started poking at her register I stated to her that "We've never been here so we're looking for now"!
  Lady then walked away said okaay I will go back to what I was doing....I feel she should have handle that differently knowing that were new you want say "oh how nice of you to pick our restaurant, we do have specials our specials for today are ........and soooooo on ! You are to make it like this restaurant her restaurant or whom ever owns it that it's the best restaurant sell like it it is uh!?
  SO BOILS DOWN TO THE FOOOOD .... I HAD THE BEEF, LETTUCE,TOMATOES,CHEESE. IT WAS A PAPER PLATE SIZE IT FILLED ME UP PRETTY COOL. IT WAS DELICIOUS, VERY GOOD, HIT THE SPOT FOR SURE.

  The food is really good! The service really isn't. The management is very unaccomodating with any requests that do not match to the letter. (Like you CANNOT have powered sugar instead of honey. Really? Not a huge deal, but they could be slightly flexible.) Also,the additional charge to use your card or for your to-go container is not great customer service practice.

  The Girl Ren should be Re-considered working there, very rude at taking orders and then couldn't accommodate my order by adding more of what comes on there already. The food was Okay but the customer service was horrible thanks to "Ren"..Customer Service is Always first when it comes to running a business. I'll probably just go to the other location next time, towards down town, food is so good and customers service is always great there they never had a problem adjusting my order something that I am already paying for...

  45 minutes to get a fry bread with some beans and meat? I make frybread at home faster.
